•To assist Procurement manager to generate the purchase orders as required.•Vendor management and organize the sourcing plan.•To analyze costs, volumes and exchange rates to deliver lowest possible costs.•To find new markets, potential vendors for the future upcoming projects & products.•Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favorable services as well as with user end.•Maintain and update monthly purchasing related reports all the time.

•Assist with purchasing and managing IT assets.•Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.•Responsible for product support and warranties and software contracts, as well as hardware purchases, and license information.•Obtain and review competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from vendors and contractors; discuss evaluations and review with requesters and subject matter experts.•Provide pricing quotes for items and prepare orders with suppliers.•Ensure line items of the purchase order with the packing slip and ensure the quality of the materials received.•Responsible for repairs of defective equipment to vendor and arranging a replacement.•Works with IT Helpdesk to maintain a repository of enterprise software licenses/keys.•Assist helpdesk in updating and maintaining inventories for all IT equipment and supplies including location, asset tag number serial number make, and model of equipment.•Coordinate with helpdesk onsite services calls for equipment installation and maintenance as needed•Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

•Create a purchase order through SAP ERP System.•Negotiation on the scope of commercial, technical and legal terms such as cost, payment, delivery, warranty agreement.•Evaluate vendors quote to ensure it is in line with our technical requirement.•Procure goods components and parts according to established purchasing policies and procedures, process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing procedures.•Follow-up all purchase orders with suppliers and delivery arrangements. •Develop and maintain relations with vendors to ensure best discounts and deliveries, requirements.•Prepare accurate report for management to keep track record of all running orders.•Coordinate procurement process for the organization from development of RFPs to receiving of tenders for required products/ services.•Execute Procurement activities as defined in the procurement and purchasing policies and procedures.•Keep In loop with store and finance to process Goods Received Note and supplier payments.•Submit adjustments to finance to settle down advance payments of suppliers.
