Learnt to think on my feet to quickly solve any issues that may arise, as to maintain the efficient functioning of the store.Solved conflicts among team members by speaking to the parties involved, getting the perspective of both sides, and explaining to those involved the perspective of the other side. By helping to provide understanding of the issue to both sides, it has allowed me to make both parties feel understood and so find a solution to make those staff members happy to work with each other again.
