- Acting as Deputy of Boryspil Airport CFO;- Building management reporting framework on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on IBM Cognos TM1 system;- Consolidation of operational and finance KPIs from different IT systems into TM1;- Responsible for budgeting processes;- Responsible for IFRS reports preparation;- Preparation of analytical business updates regarding aviation and non-aviation segments (Taxi, Hotels). All presentations were automated using TM1 and think-cell charts;- Support decision making process with business cases and finance models;- Building finance model of the business used by banks and investors during airport sustainability analysis;- Managing team of 24 FTEs

- Execution of external financing strategy, negotiations with banks, credit portfolio optimization;- Built completely new forecasting process in the Treasury, which allowed the Company to close the gap in cash flow and sustain from future potential liquidity gaps. Model has three time horizons and was implemented in IBM Cognos TM1.- Prepared P&L costs allocation model in TM1 that allowed to measure and appraise Stores and Product Lines profitability;- Setup of factoring schemes allowed to increase AP days;- Team member of the Company Transformation Project (first IFRS audit, getting IPO status)- Managing team of 8 FTEs
