- Create, update, organize and archive the employee files (softcopy/hardcopy).- Prepare all the necessary forms, such as: declaration, clearance, certificate of service, in case of an employee termination.- Responsible for entering all employees requests in MENA-ITECH system such as: vacations, loans, overtime, etc...- Doing employees contracts and EOS.- Responsible for all goverments movements such as: GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.- Handling the employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.- Reviewing and approving payroll statements then submitting to the Finance Department.- Writing and Dealing with all formal letters related to HR and Company request like: Identification Letter with Salary, Certificate of Service Letters, Joining Date Notification letters, etc.- Performing other duties as requested.
