CurrentWork across Processing and Acceptance to identify aspects of the platform's Application Architecture, Deployment Architecture and Software Development Lifecycle that deviate from Mastercard standards or are not fit for purpose.Work with Solution Architects, Solution Engineers and TPMs of P&A to understand any deviations of standards.Where logical provide emergent design feedback to the Architecture and Technology group where standards fall short or are not fit for purpose in the processing verticals.Define and prime initiatives to resolve standardization gaps.Priming an initiative will vary in scope and definition based on context.In particular, the Tech Transform team has the talent to architect, design, build, test and deploy solutions. With this capacity, the team is capable of driving initiatives from inception to closure with a cross functional team. However, there is likely a logical hand-off point in most initiatives where the team disengages. Broadly speaking, this is when there is enough momentum and gravity that the initiative is capable of self-sustaining (resources aligned, priorities set, major unknowns resolved). However, the teams involvement and will vary.
