Current• Strategic oversight of the Regional Operations Team with 30 professionals across the United States as well as all Latin America countries, which support all technical and operational needs of MasterCard customers and business partners in the region.• Obtainment of new business opportunities by developing regional requirements; understanding country markets; and providing feedback to MasterCard’s business team on all products and services required by the customers.• Conformance with various company programs by proactively monitoring and analyzing customer operational performance.• Close coordination with internal teams and customers to successfully escalate production issues and present the fastest and best resolution.• Cultivation of harmonious relationship with key customers to strategically develop and deliver their main technical and operational necessities.• Efficient fulfillment of liaison duties for cross-functional teams, such as Business and Products; Customer Delivery; and Sales and MasterCard Technology for new business opportunities, products and services, and projects.• Facilitation of wide-ranging customer training requirements for all MasterCard customers across the region.
