(4) Backfill work when we changed Accounting Systems from SAGE ACCPACC ERP to Oracle Hyperion FM, supporting the Financial Controller. - Manage the fees and revenue and collection function of 10 people with a turnover of R270 million for 6 months, when the previous manager left this role. Regarding pricing, I participated in drawing up pricing schedules for undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive courses for 2017 and 2018 (including discounts, enrolment awards), residence fees and the scholarships and bursary pricing, funding and analysis based on what other private HEI charges in SA. I also assisted HR with the staff’s children's bursaries/awards. Encumbrances were done by the head of student fees and sensitivity analysis was done by the revenue and collections head who both reported to me.
