- Consulted on a new disruptive healthcare startup business idea, driving it from ideation to a formal business plan and financial model in order to present to board of ICS directors as a potential business investment. - Created and delivered a lean Startup business model in collaboration with key stakeholders, accompanied with a 3 year financial forecast model to the board of investors, with successful sign off to operationalise the new business unit.- Evaluated and successfully selected key Cardiology Technology vendor within the UK market as akey strategic partner to deliver their cloud infrastructure as an enabler to the new business venture.

- Implemented ITIL and Lean methodology framework for Imagining Informatics service management and operational teams, focused on process flow (reducing cycle time) and incident management - reduced incidents by 71%, and reduced average answer rate from 110.4 sec to 9.6 seconds within one quarter.- Developed formal RFP document with +- 180 functional requirements, which were a key contributor to the successful selection of a new innovative vendor neutral technology; to deliver a consolidated and interoperable IT platform for clinical imaging and document management, from specification through to award stage.-Lead a team, who successfully integrated HCA’s largest outpatient radiology department at The Shard, to the HCA Enterprise PACS system, delivered on schedule with no go-live technical issues - over 400 patients imagined in the first week.

- Designed a blueprint for an interoperable integrated enterprise cardiovascular Information system (CVIS), consolidating all silo storage environments onto one single platform.- Invited to share integrated and collaborative vision and roadmap of CVIS Programme, at key events such as the yearly Directors of Imaging Meeting, at HCA Headquarters - Nashville US. -Led regular workshops with key stakeholders (business, IT and clinical services) to collaborate during business case development stage to ensure robustness to the approval and delivery of a transformational Clinical IT Programme.

- Performing complex diagnostic cardiac and respiratory investigations and led training of departmental staff.- Conduct regular ECG training workshops in collaboration with HCA Training and Development, to all nursing staff across HCA Healthcare.- Head hunted for corporate IT role as UK Cardiac Lead for Imaging Informatics, to perform current state analysis and design a programme to deliver a new consolidated enterprise cardiovascular solution across six HCA hospital facilities.
