CurrentResponsible for hiring, training and supervising staff and the successful planning and operation of summer camp, Girls Inc programs and events and YWCA before and after-school program sites.Create, develop and facilitate intentional and compensatory programs for youth including; Camp Discovery, Google's Made w/ Code, Mother+Daughter Relationship Building Workshop Series, Creating the Future STEM Program (9-12 years), Building Scientist for Tomorrow STEM Program (5-8 years), Girl on the Move, Expanding Your Horizons: STEM Career Workshops, Winter Break STEM Camp, Family Fun Nights, Just Be: Self Esteem Workshops, Voices: Photovoice Project and Body Image/Self Esteem Workshops.Successfully managed several off –site Afterschool programs within Syracuse City School District including; Girls Inc Afterschool Program at Roberts Elementary and West Side Academy @ Blodgett, YWCA Afterschool Program at Salem Hyde Elementary, Fremont Elementary and Delaware Elementary.Responsible for marketing of programs and events including; creating flyers, updating andmaintaining social media accounts, outreach, listserv email blasts, tabling at community eventsand giving school presentations.
