I am 24 years old with a big love for fitness and health. As a personal trainer I established strong client relationships by personally evaluating fitness levels, setting goals, creating personalized fitness programs, monitoring progress, one-on-one strength, cardio training, and personal accountability. I have always been an active person since doing ballet for 12 years, being an athlete and then becoming a gym girl. Exercise is such an amazing way to help you feel good about yourself physical and most importantly mentally. I strive to help others reach their goals and becoming the best version of theirselve.
