As a Travel Consultant, I worked with clients on a variety of corporate and leisure trips. For corporate clients, I was responsible for fulfilling clients travel requests including flights, hotels, cars, and transfers. I informed travelers of all relevant travel regulations and advisory. My day to day duties also composed of invoicing, assistance with accounting, updating unused ticket inventory for all accounts, distributing invoices and itineraries to clients, assisting clients with cancellations and changes, and communicating with hotels to set up payments and request receipts. For leisure clients, I assisted them with the planning and booking of their vacation including cruises, guided tours and self guided vacations with excursions. I also worked with a variety of organizations to help plan their company, church or school trip.

As the communication intern, I was responsible for updating all social media pages connected to Dress for Success New Orleans. I assisted with creating and writing the newsletter and sending out mass email campaigns. I regularly logged data into the system and assisted with the boutique operations.
