In this role I established the project plan for the delivery of the Te Papa project. The development of a Spatial Plan to deliver intensification across the Te Papa (CBD Isthmus) peninsular. This was a complex project to establish with multiple internal and external stakesholders and the need for considerable focus on community engagement. The team have since delivered a successful Te Papa Spatial Plan which is being transformed into reality by a series of Plan Changes to the Tauranga City Plan and investment by Council and central government across Te Papa.
