I started at Wellington City Council as EA to the CFO, during my 2 years in this role we successfully transformed the entire Finance Team, improving the culture and engagement across the team, I then moved to our Housing Department managing over 800 tenancies in my role as a Tenancy Managerr, this included nanaging our more complex needs tenancies, I was then promoted to Tenancy Team Leader and managed the Tenancy Team for 2 years, then an opportunity came up to join our Housing upgrade project relocating tenants which i thiroughly enjoyed for 5 years before going back into Tenancy Management for the remainder of my time as a Tenancy Advisor..
