My role is working as an HPHE facilitator is to lead and support projects across our business. This involves driving and implementing HPHE structures, principles, protocols and tools to optimize engagement with unions to resolve business challenges and achieve productivity gains.

This role was to provide Executive administration support to the General Manager – Interislander Operations including the wider office, and also included providing support to the Interislander Leadership team.

I managed the Resource Planning Team for two 6 month secondments. I was responsible for optimising on-board staff utilisation and creating and managing the Deck and Engine Room department’s rosters (Masters / Mates / Engineers / Deck & Engine Room ratings).

I worked in a number of roles within Wellington City Council, I was EA to the CFO for 2 years, I then moved into our Social Housing area, I had several roles, this included, Tenancy Advisor and Tenancy Team Leader. I spent several years working within the Housing Upgrade project relocating tenants whilst their apartments were being upgraded. I thoroughly enjoyed this work as I was able to make a difference each and every day to our tenant's lives. A very rewarding job.
