Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Continuation of previous responsibilities mentioned in my previous role- Grew in confidence hosting and taking part in panels on our Discord - Took over the leading of our Social Media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter)- Took over leadership of our Discord and began planning how it can become more self-sustainable by introducing a community-driven feedback event called 'Feedback Friday' - Creation of Social Media campaigns such as 12 Days of Career Advice, and the launch of the 'Spotlight' campaign- Project Lead on the We're Hiring! with Rare event, amassing 886 tickets sold and over 1k views.Prior to the event, I was in charge of developing the marketing plan, updating assets for socials and Streamyard, and updating Eventbrite. I held weekly check-ins with the team and met with staff from Rare to liaise about ticket sale progress and discuss marketing strategies. I was also responsible for onboarding Rare staff onto our Discord.During the event I moderated the livestream and helped to facilitate the Q&A on our Discord, utilising a forum channel I set up. We received over 80 questions from career seekers! After the event, I created a diversity report based on the statistics of ticket holders. I also ran a retrospective meeting to discuss the success of the event, and how we can improve in future.
