With over 20 + years of experience as a Project Administrator / Document Control Manager. The purpose of my role is to make sure everyone is always on the same page with the accurate information they need to get the job done right the first time. I do this by efficiently managing all project documents together in one place with File Manager along with administrative and office management processes.My most recent role involved a great deal of storing and tracking electronic documents. I have set specific permissions for every employee, help to keep control and protect important documents from being altered. I also managed a warehouse that contained over 300,000 documents.Organization is one of my key strengths that allow me to excel in documents control.
