Ultimately driven by helping others and treating people equally with compassion and care, I see myself as a reliable, ambitious, self-starter with a focus on a career path in the direction of leading on projects and support services within the employability and charitable sector, giving back and helping make differences in people life's. I enjoy roles with a variety of activities and the opportunity to utilise my leadership qualities with a creative flare and empathetic approach.I believe in equality, justice and fairness for people from all walks of life and that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to paid work. I offer a person-first approach driven by compassion and care and im currently working with a leading national charity, providing employment support and wellness training for young people and adults with barriers to employment, Neurodiversity barriers and mental health needs through supportive employability programmes. I joined the Strawberry Field Steps to Work programme when it was a vision. With my experience within employability matched with my counselling qualifications - I helped create, devise and implement The Steps at Strawberry Field programmes and develop lasting partnering across Liverpool City Region's businesses and organisations, spreading the message of social justice and helping to change attitudes and securing work experience and paid opportunities for our trainees.
