After a shoulder injury working for the NHS as an auxillary nurse (showing my age now as they are now called healthcare assistants) i decided it was time for a change. I had always loved property because i am ' nosey' and used to love peering through windows when the lights were on and it was dark outside haha!I was given the opportunity by a small independant company who were in the process off selling out to a corporate company and that is were my career began. Alot of my procedures and structures now come from them early days from the manager i had then. She stood me in good stead.I love what i do and i love the excitement of gaining a new instruction and even better when we arrange viewings that then lead into sales and plenty of cake days
