I have been taking up the role as social media coordinator for the stores accounts on various social accounts. For example, I am in charge of Tik Tok and Facebook for the Mansfield Outlet store. This means creating different videos to advertise products and appeal to customers in why they should visit the store - this shows I am creative and also organised as I plan each video to suit the products and specific offers that may be on at the time.

Working part time for the past few years at Marks and Spencers has taught me great communication skills with not only my colleagues but customers aswell. I have also gained good product knowledge and appreciating how a business works.

I have been undertaking work experience with a free magazine in Sheffield known as Exposed who are a part of Meze Publishing. Whilst I have been at the magazine, I have been doing interviews for upcoming events and features for the next issue. Following up from the interview, I have been writing up the transcript for the website as well as the magazine. Furthermore, I have been working on publicity write ups aswell. So far, working at Exposed has been a great way for me to learn how a magazine runs and how every department is vital to make sure the issue each month is the best it can possibly be.
