- Risk assessing product making sure it meets the required customer standard- Approving and analysing test reports- Setting up testing summary spreadsheets, and chasing with the factories/testing houses for daily updates- Problem solving and having the confidence to submit ideas and procedures - Following a critical path - Supporting account managers and overviewing current product, and future move ons- Chasing confirmation and production samples- Keeping a close contact with buyers, and keeping them updated with the critical path- Attending customer meetings- Monitoring shipment dates, and ensuring the product is on track- Working prices through- Approving and submitting samples to buyers
