Key Responsibilities:- Helping to facilitate their brand ambassador programme engaging with their brand ambassadors, reviewing content, scheduling tasks, and assisting in planning events.-Analysing and reporting on the brand ambassador programme- Supporting UniHomes social influencer strategy- Aiding with their social media content strategy and helping to plan and create content.- Assisting with management and distribution of UniHomes merchandise to students and letting agents- Supporting their online review process- Assisting with market research

I set up and ran my own business for a year to keep me occupied during the pandemic. As the owner and only employee, I covered all roles of the business, including:- Managed and analysed all social media platforms of the brand.- Coordinated all the books and accounts of the business.- Forecasted and budgeted for product launches.- Designed and handled all the stock and products I sold.- Familiarised myself with effective keywords & SEO on the Etsy site.- Tracking competitors and their performance.- I became acquainted with paid & organic social media posts.- Learned how to establish a compelling brand story and journey for the customers.- I was accountable for each customer’s experience with the store and for resolving any issues and queries they may have.- Created and edited all media across my Etsy site and social media.

I worked 6-8 hour shifts making sure customer satisfaction was at its highest while maintaining a high energy and enthusiasm. My main role was customer service and orgainsation of the store.

- While managing my responsibilities, I anticipated customers’ needs while maintain the values of the business.- I also collaborated with both customers and co-workers when coordinating and organising birthday parties to ensure customers happiness was maintained.
