Managing the No More Red project, a partnership between Arsenal and adidas to recognise community champions, provide safe spaces and positive opportunities for young people at risk of involvement in knife crime in the capital.

Volunteer role providing education advice, including support to gain access to various education courses, to our clients and their families; working with corporate organisations and funding providers to support clients financially to access education courses.

Working as a Project Worker at the Parasol Project, an inclusive play scheme for disabled and non-disabled children as well as vulnerable and Looked After young people. Currently also assisting the Fitness and Wellbeing Class for Parasol Plus (the adult leg of the charity) helping disabled adults achieve fitness goals, lead healthier lives and foster positive wellbeing practices.

Temporary Senior Administrator for a CAMHS service during the Covid-19 pandemic. Tasks involved: working with management to develop administrative processes for the new service; booking appointments; communication with patients, families and other relevant professionals; diary and spreadsheet management for clinicians; training new staff in administrative processes.

Supporting paediatric physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists with administrative and clinical duties as part of a multi-disciplinary service for disabled children. Experience carrying out programmes in aforementioned allied health services, as well as admin experience including dealing with referrals, sending out appointment letters and liaising with parents and other relevant professionals around the child to best manage and support their care.

Taught a class of five students with ASD. Worked mainly on their communication and life skills so that they may lead meaningful lives and be included in the community.

I was chosen over a large number of applicants from fellow students at The University of Southampton for one of five places on the Marian Foundation Exchange Programme to India run by Lord Patel and Amreesh Chandra. I co-led a research project on issues around menstrual awareness in education in India. Whilst placed at St. Paul's School for three weeks, myself and the other Southampton students also ran workshops for teachers including one on Autism Spectrum Condition and inclusive education.
