She has advised many entrepreneurial clients on trust structuring before and after transactions. Adele has also implemented tax efficient investment structuring particularly for wealthy individuals. She works closely with solicitors, financial advisers and asset managers to ensure the client’s wealth is maximised in a tax efficient way.Following the completion of her legal studies Adele moved into tax and spent almost 15 years at a top 10 firm advising high net worth individuals on their tax affairs.Adele joined Progeny in September 2019 to head up the tax team together with Tony Maleham.
