I have worked in Human Resources since 2008 and I pride myself in all that I have achieved in my career. I am described as a people person because of my friendly approachable nature. I can communicate well both face to face and by telephone. I’ve been told that tolerance is one of my best traits, I can adapt well and learn new tasks quickly. I have proven to be responsible, dependable and willing to put in the extra hard work to achieve desired results. I love challenges and will rise to the occasion to make my endeavours a success for both myself and the company I work for. I have worked on both the recruitment (generalist) side of HR and more recently learning and development, this enables me to be diverse and have the vitality to be able to switch between the two areas if I need to. Since working in learning and development I have learnt about the positives that e-learning has to offer including decreasing training costs and improving performance. I have helped design a number of e-learning modules that can be accessed at any time by staff members throughout the country, providing a consistent message which is often critical. I also created an on-boarding process which was a huge benefit.I have a range of different skills that enable me to be marketable. I also keep up to date with current technologies, which is a must. I love life and am passionate in all that I do. I also have a creative side which I like to be able to enhance at times.
