Passionate about PEOPLE, strategy, learning and communication. I want to change the way organizations look, think and feel about "training." Many of us know the scientific systems and instructional design processes in place, and for good reason, but how do we create valuable content that people actually use post "training?" How does learning make a positive impact on the bottom line? I think the answer is to support true application by create meaningful experiences. To look at projects as a product, and do our best to understand our audience, our resources, and the "gap" we are trying to fill. With a true love for learning I thrive in bringing teams together to reach higher potentials, via learning experiences. My hope is to expand that belief as far as possible, to help employees feel valued, while making their day-to-day easier.
