Being able to help move the needle forward has really been one of the best parts of being in the HR community. I take great pride in my years of extensive experience in understanding, facilitating, and improving processes. My background has been consistently characterized by my steadfast dedication to streamlining and recommending improvements based on feedback. Throughout my 8+ years career in TA, I helped balance the tools and processes we utilized with the personal touch geared towards a great candidate experience. Moreover, I used my business acumen skills to work in collaborating, influencing, and interacting with business leaders, key talents, and professionals. I led a strategic team supporting the build-out of the talent experience journey, consisting of implementing and streamlining talent delivery processes through data and process analysis while focusing on influencing and adapting innovative ways of working with advanced systems, processes, and people optimization. To ensure success, I worked closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape the candidate experience at all stages of the hiring funnel, leveraging experience in interviewing, talent sourcing, and university admissions.
