I have been in customer relationship focused roles all my working life and I pride myself on putting the client first. In my professional career within finance this has been at the heart of what I strive to deliver and what I have been recognised for, this drive motivates me to make every effort to reach the best match between client and service through product awareness and a friendly face.I grew up in greater Manchester, have lived in Belgium attending an international school for 3 years and studied at a UK Grammar school for my A-Levels. I started my working life in leisure and hospitality roles within my hometown, France and the sailing town of Cowes, after a period of working winter and summer seasons I moved into the financial industry where I am currently studying the RO journey to advice.At Fidelity International, I have been in various roles from problem solving, fraud prevention and then moving to pensions for the last 3 years. In this position I enjoyed the direct relationship contact talking clients through their options at retirement, more recently I have began working for MaPs to continue this journey with a wider scope of customer base.Outside of work I love to explore the outdoors with my springer spaniel, socialising with friends and family and I also enjoy keeping busy making things from sewing, knitting and artwork.
