Adelina Rotar is based in Austin, TX and is the Texas Region Partner for the Ben Kinney Companies.In 2016, she launched the Ben Kinney Companies' first out-of-state sales team location in Keller Williams Realty's flagship office in Austin, TX, and built the largest expansion sales force start-up in the company's history. Through the systems and models of the Ben Kinney Companies, she built the Austin team from scratch without being in production and with being a new resident of the area with no sphere. Today, she leads a well-developed team of 40+ agents in Austin and has expanded to the following cities in Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth, Midland/Odessa, San Antonio, Waco, Houston, College Station.Adelina is an immigrant whose parents fled Communism during the fall of the Iron Curtain. She grew up in Knoxville, TN and started as a receptionist in a real estate company at 16.
