As a student at Florida State University, I am pursuing a degree in biological sciences with a minor in chemistry. I have worked as an office assistant in the Office of Faculty Development and Advancement at the university, where I was responsible for organizing and planning meetings, managing data, and reporting minutes. I have developed core competencies in customer service, placing orders, as well as communication, organization, and data management skills.In my role as an office assistant, I have contributed to the smooth and efficient operation of the university's administration, supporting the deans, chairs, faculty, and board of trustees. I have also gained valuable experience in working with diverse and high-level stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with the university's staff and faculty, and to bring my office assistant skills to a dynamic and innovative team.
