Ensuring both short and long term projects progress, guaranteeing there is a continual delivery of improvement for both reliability and performance.

• Worked on a variety of bottom end mechanical design tasks including:- Advanced online piston measurement diagnostics.- Advanced online crank measurement diagnostics.- Crank damper.• Abaqus analysis for cylinder head thermal analysis.

• In charge of strip and failure investigation, including managing the relationship between Product Engineering and Build/Strip teams.• Process improvements and automation of mileage tracking for batch prove out.• Creation of Power Unit pass-off analysis database to enable fast and automated analysis of vast quantities of data, including:- Automated checking of specified parameters against limits.- Statistical analysis of spread of power unit performance.- Outlier detection.

• Developed competitor analysis toolset.• Performance race support, including post free practice reports for correlation between pre-event simulation and on track performance.• Development of data analysis and software tools to improve efficiency and automation of the calibration process.• Development of lap performance analysis tool to quantify the laptime loss due to Power Unit not optimally managing ERS system or under delivering ICE power compared to steady state potential.
