Some of my key responsibilities are:• Second in charge of the Datacom Managed Network Services (MNS) group• Owner of ITIL processes for MNS group and make sure process work flows are followed for Incident, Problem, Request and Change process• Training people on ITIL processes• Workflow design and process implementation for other day to day activities (ex: communication process, project handover)• Development of operating standards, documentation templates, and support guides.• Continually seek to identify and establish continuous service improvement initiatives for MNS.• Actively participate in MNS leadership and customer operational level meetings.• Rostered Duty manager for afterhours MNS operations• Rostered Incident manager for business hours MNS operations.• Write incident reports for major incidents• Ensure the customer agreed service level targets achieved, and related reporting is implemented in a timely manner• Act as the transition manager during major customer network project transition to MNS• Ensuring regular, accurate, and efficient billing of BAU MACs
