Creation of new user stories in collaboration with the Product Owner and Senior developer to capture new works business logic, scope, and technical considerations to inform the definition of done for developers and testers in the acceptance criteria. Investigation of responses received to APIs held by our department surrounding product details for coverage of services, limits applied, and waiting periods served and determining based on customer data what their eligibility was to determine the cause and any action required to pass a successful response. Assisted team members with work tasks to help answer question, guide them around the work expectations, and provided the supporting details they needed for inputs, files, and queries needed to proceed on the work. Analyzed, located, and corrected missing data present in our outputted Product Health Insurance Statements(PHIS) but absent in our databases. This resulted in the detection of 350+ records and ensured the data available on our eligibility and entitlement API were consistent with the coverage and limitation of the policy.

Investigated failed API responses on customer eligibility API and product policy API to determine causes and fixes or actions needed to resolve the issue.Developed new code to expand the functionality of the API as well as performed support work in SSIS sync triggers, repoints, deploys, cosmos db population, and debugging of any errors.Construction of SQL and cosmos DB queries to help confirm data for debugging or assisting in the production of Product Health Insurance Statements (PHIS) pdfs.Deployment of new react code inside of API portal UI to handle user inputs, display, and response of data returned from the connected API. Collaborated in an agile team working in a scrum workflow to deliver new code, maintain git branches, validate code quality in code reviews, and validate performance in product verification testing (PVT) across technologies in the business following new releases to production. Implementation of new code inside cosmos database container sync to handle the detection of deleted records for other teams to improve reaction and consistency of data held across the business. This was done by implementing a comparison in the records held in yesterday's results against the current execution. Those absent were then reintroduced into the current results with a new flag indicating the deletion as well as logic to allow us to retain data for 7 days before removing.

One staff was a great experience where I got to do a lot of physical work over the summer holiday and get familiar with different lines of work. Through working with them I worked under a few different companies working at Nicholls scaffolding and roofing; Stevedoring; Nelmac; Hirepool, Ceilings and interior, Harris builders and Independent kerb and concrete. These different companies gave me experience with working with different characters, different jobs, travelling to different sites. The experience each job gave me was great with Nicholls giving me a understanding of Scaffolding layout and setup and moving tiles up to roof. Stevedoring getting me moving boxes and bags in piles to then be moved out. Nelmac getting me to lift and clean tiles for waterproofing. Hirepool knowledge of setting up and dismantiling markies, using straps, loading truck for jobs and unloading orders. And Ceilings and Interiors giving me experience at making endocarps, and structures for concrete filling, catching boards and throwing, use of nail gun and glue gun. I really enjoyed the physical side of the work and getting the new experience at different sites, it was also goo to experience working with tougher characters and their feedback to getting job done.

Working at the Warehouse as a casual checkout operator was my first job in preparation to the christmas period, and they have continued to provide me with work to fill shifts when return home, Through them I have gathered a range of experience in checkout sales, customer service, time management, returning items around store customers did not want to purchase, use of ladders, trolley collecting and stocking drinks. My position as casual also saw me take on work with short notice where I would be prepared to arrive within 30-40 minutes of the call to come in.

I really enjoyed the social atmosphere of cafe work and the business so you couldn't just stand around. My responsibilities were taking orders on touch screen checkout, getting meal out of the cabinet, taking hot meals to tables, clearing and cleaning tables. This was my first job in hospitality and I would love to gain more experience and competency in hospitality as well as build on my barista experience.

I really enjoyed working outdoors and being able to come back feeling like you'd really worked hard. the job required me to arrive at 7 to then be taken out to location at 7.15 and start at 7.30 where we would finish the day at 4.30. The work only lasted around 2 weeks due to it being limited work to meet contract.
