I am a seasoned, versatile and proficient Monitoring Evaluation and Learning, and Knowledge Management Expert with over 14 years’ experience in working with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), multilateral institutions and government agencies in developing MEL systems, conducting studies (research papers, survey and evaluations), designing and curating collaboration, learning and adaptation (CLA) framework, and use of project knowledge product for strategic communication (influencing) and proposal development. I also have strong analytical skill in both qualitative and quantitative approaches to research studies with use of tools for analytics of qualitative and quantitative data. As a MEL Lead, I also work with Program Performance and Quality (PaQ) to improve MEL and CLA activities as required by Mercy Corps MEL and Project Management standards (PM@MC).I work with a team of 13 members to provide MEL and CLA assistance to over 120 private sector partners and government stakeholders. I work with a team that supports private sectors' partners capacity on MEL through co-creation, capacity building on use of data for business intelligence and use of learnings to improve business models. I am responsible for collaborating and working with key team members in designing the MEL System and CLA framework for the Program. This involved performance management using KPIs, developing Learning Agenda, answering learning questions for testing activity logical framework, and organizing Pause and Reflect Sessions as platform for team collaboration internally and externally with private sector, government MDAs and other implementing partners.
