• Use Global Service Desk software to manage and analyze incidents through efficient incident and event management activities such as incident logging, categorization, prioritization, escalation to respective service management teams and closure of incidents.•Ensuring calls and emails requests logged to the service desk are answered promptly and logged appropriately.•Conducted detailed daily reporting •Support staff in configuring systems and resolving issues through in-person interactions, phone calls and/or remote desktop software, handling over 50 tickets daily with a resolution rate of above 95%•Provide first level point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with IT-related issues and inquiries.•Remotely accessing user’s computer and making changes to their system and settings.•Escalate issues to the appropriate Tier 2 and 3 support teams if I am unable to solve on my own.•Acts as liaison between users and technical escalation teams.•Monitor and escalate incidents according to appropriate SLA/OLA.•Monitoring of NIP transactions, ATM and Card transactions, making sure they are up and running and escalate to appropriate team when there is a downtime.•I own an issue until a new owner has been found or the problem has been resolved or mitigated.•I provide remote technical support to branch users with the aim of returning them to work as quickly as possible.
