Prepare documentation for incoming PMS vessels, including mother and daughter vessel documents.4. Visit the government depot (PDO) to collect customer weekly loading invoices (AGO and PMS) for payment.5. Receive invoices from customers in various depots across the country and submit the necessary documents to government agencies such as PPPRA, DPR, PPMC, etc.6. Generate RRR codes on the Remita platform for the payment of customer weekly loading of PMS and AGO from government depots nationwide.7. Receive offer letters for AGO and PMS from oil marketers.8. Allocate AGO and PMS to different stations and coordinate the allocation of customer trucks for loading nationwide.
