As co-founder and Chief Technical Officer, I ensure our customers' data stay intact as it is extracted and then conveyed to them with the highest integrity in real-time. Our vision at PharmaData is to enrich lives around the world by changing the way data are used to boost profits and run more efficient businesses. What started out as a team of two has now grown to an award-winning mix of data analysis, design and user experience architects, business development managers and customer amazement technicians providing, innovative technology to pharmacies around the globe. The best data visualisations play on the ability to help people find relevance among thousands of variables, and even predict the future using trends and correlations that might otherwise go undetected. Good visualisation is key to unlocking the story of data; it is the essential first step to achieving actionable insight after receiving information.We developed solutions to take a pharmacy’s live data and feed it through visualisation software, showcasing where opportunities were lost and could be gained. The easy-to-use interface is designed for swift navigation and reporting that can be customisable to each pharmacy’s KPIs and staff position.   Guy and I started out in 2010 with a simple idea - illustrate data for pharmacies in real time to help drive their business strategy and sustainable growth.In 2011, we introduced live data software to pharmacies as an industry first with our Dispensary Platform, Crystalyze. In 2012 PharmaData partnered with Mylan Inc. to launch Crystalyze globally - a platform to assist pharmacies in Australia, and shortly thereafter, in France to accelerate profit maximisation from generic substitution. Our user base has grown to over 10,000 users globally with powerful results of sustainable business growth and adaptation to the market. In 2014, PharmaData partnered with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia through GuildLink to launch GuildSmart. Designed to help strengthen pharmacies' retail front-of-shop, our Retail Platform showcases where opportunities are being missed and prompts staff on where they can be made to better serve their customers. Now PharmaData is a team of 19 developers, software architects, customer amazement officers and community managers passionate about enriching the lives of many by making data accessible, collaborative and meaningful.
