• Successfully onboarded 2 high profile RUFUS - generative AI shopping assistant projects (Consistency and Relevancy) to BLR site post onsite training and collaboration with leadership and stakeholders from MAA site. Took ownership of computing quality scores at task level, label level and critical label levels and provided personalized feedback to the trainees while adhering to Critical customer data sharing policies. • Handled end to end workflow management ensuring daily deliverables of 2.8k tasks per project (Consistency and Relevancy) while maintaining 95% Precision target. Collaborated with auditors and SMEs across BLR, DEL, KIX and OTP sites to ensure audits and disputes are done in real time and are closed on the same day. Post batch completion and Audit with Dispute closure, collaborated with leadership across sites to publish and send out daily reports. • Conducted interviews for around 50 candidates using MGHD Framework (Make great hiring decision) for L2 – Associate and L3- Senior Associate roles. Acted as an onboarding buddy for 40+ new hires by taking up the responsibility of addressing roadblocks & issues for the initial 3 months in the process. • Created a training framework that helped train 100+ associates across sites and certify them from training status to production. Regularly updated training content (PowerPoint, Quizes and Assessments) to accommodate dynamic and changing business needs.
