NOC; BSS,NSS; Bharti Airtel INDIA,IDEA INDIA Key Deliverables: Performing fault management by coordinating support resources, managing technical escalation to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLA’s.Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing faults in BSS,NSS networkIdentify the sources of harmful interference and take necessary steps to mitigate interference through changes to corporate frequency plan and work with other BSS system operators to eliminate such sources of interferenceCoordinate with technical support personnel, support vendors and equipment suppliers to repair faults and optimize network performanceHandle the tasks of collecting, analyzing and reporting network performance data based on defined Key Performance IndicatorsResponsible for PAN India operations of Bharti BSS,NSS.Configuration managementWorking on various tools such as HPOVO, Command Prompt, One FM and RemedyKey Deliverables-BSS,NSS:Escalation & notification to keep management & other business units informed during system outages.Creating and updating N/W trouble ticket Managing change management activities on the N/W in real time to ensure all activity comply with approved time frames.Responding to escalated customer N/W faults.Performing 1st level diagnosis and rectification on all systems.1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling1st Level service problem restorationExecute system configuration changes as per given access rightFault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched to the field operations organizations
