For examples;• Technical support for Huawei BSC & BTS, 3G/NodeB and 2G/GSM BTS 3900 & others outdoor model, hardware & software configurations level all problems troubleshooting.• Technical support for Huawei RTN 905, 950A & 980 & XPIC links and NEC & NSN MW links configurations, commissioning, troubleshooting and configured Abis over IP for 2G & for VLAN for 3G/NodeB• Technical support for Optical fiber break for fiber splicing after find out break point after distance measured by OTDR.• Worked on Emerson, Eltek, Huawei, Saft etc. rectifier system for DC power distribution in BTS, BSC & Tx Node site.• Trained up to subordinates.• Working on DC Rectifier, VRLA & Lithium Battery, Air cooler, and Generator at BTS site.• Liaison and coordinate with different stakeholders like electricity, law enforcing agencies to get their support for actual billing and network security etc.• Supervise Subcontractor, report and follow up;• Support other mobile phone operators who are sharing banglalink premises as part of infrastructure sharing;• Maintain O&M budget and manage spare parts;• Implement different OPEX & CAPEX efficiency initiatives;
