In addition to her role as CEO of Mimshak, Adi is also the founder and CEO of Edulog. She has a broad range of educational experience in digital pedagogy, founding, managing, and advising educational technology growth all across Israel over a thirty-year period. Adi served as a consultant for the Israeli Ministry of Education, promoting educational collaboration between diverse communities, leading development of innovative modules among Experimental Schools and training lead staff. In 2000, Adi founded Edulog for Applied Educational Innovation, an educational consulting company that supports and consults schools in pedagogical transition, professional development, and project management. In 2010, Adi co-founded Mimshak, which provides a complete ecosystem for interactive online classes in different content fields. Mimshak is supported and recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Education and is currently serving over 1500 schools and colleges in Israel and the USA. Currently Mimshak is expanding its business to the USA offering developing, implementing, and pedagogical consulting services with an emphasis on the Hebrew language and the Israeli-Jewish culture.
