In a world where changes are happening at a crazy pace, especially after the cloud and AI have become part of the spoken language, many managers in large organizations feel they cannot keep up. Modernization and digital transformation are necessary and should bring value to the organization, not be done just for their own sake. Here is where I come into the picture. I have a lot of experience working with the organization's business users and the information systems unit, aiming to produce a smart plan with a business focus and future adaptability of the information systems. 🔅 After we jointly define the business needs and IT gaps, I will propose a basic plan and prepare a comprehensive work plan together. 🔅 The program will include "quick wins" that enable proof of ability and budget receipts alongside establishing long-term infrastructures. 🔅 As a "trusted advisor," I will suggest relevant technologies and service providers that can help. I always prefer using existing resources and training the organization's personnel. 🔅 The ability to harness everyone to change is crucial to me, and we will only start when all partners feel comfortable and contribute to the move.
