CurrentKey Responsibilities:• Prepare data collection from customer for IP PABX staging process.• Evaluate features needs by customer to decide best product and solution.• Assist with project manager to design specification plans as per customer requirement and provide appropriate solution for architecture.• Plan for installation deployment, installation, testing and user acceptance test (UAT).• Perform staging process for IP PABX.• Ensure IP PABX settings and policies… Show more Key Responsibilities:• Prepare data collection from customer for IP PABX staging process.• Evaluate features needs by customer to decide best product and solution.• Assist with project manager to design specification plans as per customer requirement and provide appropriate solution for architecture.• Plan for installation deployment, installation, testing and user acceptance test (UAT).• Perform staging process for IP PABX.• Ensure IP PABX settings and policies compliance to security standards.• Carry out IP PABX installation including mounting, cable tracing, cable jumping, cable crimping and phone deployment.• Perform calls testing and trunk monitoring to verify IP PABX are in working condition.• Conduct training to customer for IP PABX and IP Phone.• Provide User Acceptance Test (UAT).• Daily standby for customer report and provide level 1, and level 2 support.• Provide technical support including troubleshooting and setting changes.• Reply and follow up customer complaint via email and phone.• Coordinate with vendor for troubleshooting, installation and training.• Assist on project execution including oversee, coordination and troubleshoot.
