Designed, introduced and led Innovation and Quality Management (iQ) Unit. Delivered thought leader-ship, and in ensuring donor confidence and commitment to iDE’s mission is maintained through rigorous and transparent reporting on results. On the broadest level, the role entailed providing iDE’s senior man-agement with the information needed to make strategic and operational decisions through effective knowledge management and efficient management information systems. Responsible for, overall tech-nical backstopping of programmatic and result measurement initiatives and activities, developing the skills of program personnel, and coordination of program activities with private firms, NGOs, state agen-cies, international donor governments, and informal market actors.

Major achievements include heading project evaluations/assessments of varying scope and building M&E systems for all 13 projects. Lead transition of M&E, market research and other functions into iQ framework for seamless transition to improved technical backstopping across iDE’s growing program portfolio.
