Software implementation on customers' server with ODBC (Open Database Connectivity). Working with ODBC servers helped me learn how to understand system logs and leveraging SQL knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues. Providing Level 2 IT Helpdesk support via the support pipeline which includes extensive use of platforms such as Hubspot CRM system, JIRA, Datadog, Trello, Intercom etc. Utilising the Atlassian suite of products- mostly JIRA and Confluence.
