I collaborate with departments, including Quality Assurance, Process Development, and Manufacturing, to facilitate new product development and commercialization.►Led the Particle Team during a period of accelerated growth that saw revenues from supported products double, transitioned to in-house manufacturing.►Improved product quality reducing customer product performance complaints.►Implemented new manufacturing processes to control vertical, eliminating reliance on external suppliers and risks of product unavailability by third-party vendors. ►Steered new products to expand the portfolio in support of customer needs and organizational goals. I recruited, built, and directed a team of four in managing and developing innovative technologies to enable cell separation. I was responsible for leading all planning activities associated with proving the viability of new prototypes. ►Succeeded in developing four working prototypes for cell isolation ►Drove efficiency by employing iterative methods to build prototypes, gather data, and incorporate improvements into prototypes.

I performed development activities in a division of 50, including electrode, electrolyte, and cell design, with the goal of developing batteries with increased capacity and performance. Received hands-on experience in applying engineering principles to meet company objectives. ►Designed three batteries for product evaluation testing, with two being commercialized. ►Created Lithium-Ion cell designs for power and EV applications; implemented Design of Experiment (DOE) models for optimized electrolyte formulation. ►Provided training, coaching, and mentorship for junior team members. ►Contributed to 2 papers on predicting and extending the lifetime of Li-Ion Batteries.
