Spare Parts Planning Senior Manager
CurrentDevelop annual and monthly budget following the requirement from headquarters and forecasting conducted on monthly basis.Develop Mid-term plan following the requirement from headquarters including the key activities to achieve KPIsSeek and develop new business development opportunities that contribute to the expansion of products sales as per the After Sales division strategy.Responsibile for developing the products short, mid-term and long term (3-5 years) business plan and monitoring progress against the developed business plans.Responsible for sourcing new products based upon market demands from dealerships/distributors and customers.Responsible for developing new sales channels for spare parts through collaboration with the business partners (e. dealerships, distributors, traders, vendors)Responsible for setting the pricing strategy and pricing structure for the products.Responsible for anti-counterfeit activities in collaboration with the trademark holder (lSUZU Japan)Oversee the use of the CRM system for spare parts and identify opportunities for efficiencies and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.Lead the evaluation of dealership operations and recommend improvements to align operations to Isuzu standards in order to drive business performance and capability.Oversee the monitoring and enhancement of skill levels for dealership parts team members through targeted training and development initiatives.Responsible for monitoring dealership performance against set KPIs and develop new KPIs when required for customer satisfaction (ex. Fill rate, lost sales etc.)Build and maintain good working relationships with the dealerships for sustainability of business. Coordinate the internal and external cooperation based on the relationship of trust.
