I worked as senior pricinipal systems engineer on various radar systems. I managed reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) and program tasks including cost and timing. I developed program milestones and inchstones for RAM, and reported cost analysis weekly and monthly to program and department management. I helped engineering teams use most effective parts and design schemes through my reliability analysis for critical design reviews. I also performed failure modes effects and criticality analysis and recommended changed to better meet the design requirements. I developed critical design review presentation format for RAM which was favorably acknowledged by In-house and external customers.
