Organizes, coordinates and leads: services for the users and their families or legal guardians, performance of local assessments, research and studies carried out by the foundation, establishes the monitoring framework and evaluates services, coordinates projects and integrates services according to the foundation development strategy, prepares reports for the funders, maintains connections with the funders for the performance of the objectives undertaken and consolidation of the created structure, writes funding proposals to ensure continuity of the organization’s programmes, establishes connections with other professional groups, people and volunteers according to the needs of the users and of the foundation staff, coordinates cooperation with project partners, local authorities and specialists involved, to achieve the undertaken objectives and consolidate the current community assistance structures, responsible for the awareness-raising of Estuar projects and for the organization of service promotion events.
