Hey, I'm Adit.And I'm the person Steve Jobs told you about in his 60 Minutes interview in 2003, wherein he said “Great things in business are never done by one person; they're done by a team of people.” And that’s exactly how I see business.I started NoQs Digital over 3.0+ years ago, and the reason is - I like to work shoulder to shoulder with Business owners, Founders, MSME’s and their teams trying to find, create & re-store lasting value for their businesses. The engineer in me loves breaking apart complex ambiguous problems, and the musician in me loves to put back the pieces to create effective solutions that have a nice simple tune to them.My experience spans consumer & marketing with a focus on consumer-tech brands, SaaS solutions, Digital Media Platforms, the D2C industry and Digital marketing.Before starting up, I worked in an award-winning IT MNC - Deskera, headquartered in Singapore as a Senior Research Engineer, where I lead the patents team and have worked primarily on 3 patents in “Blockchain Technology”, “Social Networking” and “Credit-line System” domains. Also, I have worked in the Chatbot project wherein we implemented NLP (Natural Language Processing) to process words & extracted meaningful information from them, which was used to respond and to fulfil user requests/tasks.I joined Deskera, straight from my undergraduate college - IIT Bombay where I spent my time understanding businesses, entrepreneurship and learning a way of life which includes: --> Learn to say ‘Yes’ and ‘No’--> Don’t be afraid to take chances--> Importance of Perseverance in Life--> Don’t think twice to ask for Help--> With proper time management, one can increase his/her potential exponentially.Outside of work, I like to spend time playing the piano (I’ve been playing it for over 15 years), solving puzzles, and how can I forget the most important part: Trying different cuisines in food :)I have a passion for discussing new ideas and I’m always learning about startups, products, business building, growth, and investing.
