My research interests span performance and capacity management of distributed systems especially tail latency sensitive user-facing applications. Recent focus of mine has been geared towards efficiently serving AI inference services on heterogeneous (CPU + GPU) systems. My dissertation was aimed at leveraging the rising hardware heterogeneity within the datacenter for emerging deep learning kind of applications.I recently obtained my Ph.D. from Dept of Computer Science, College of Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University (University Park). I completed my Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy and worked as an SDE at Amazon India Development Centre, Chennai. I am interested in solving all things performance related to heterogeneous systems (CPU + GPU)!
